Hi EdgeBSD developers, in the past few days I have written and published a draft of a small document, explaining the human aspect of the project's organization. It focuses on different engineering roles to be put in place: https://www.edgebsd.org/edgebsd/wiki/12/project-organization This document is closely related to the tentative Git workflow that should be at the heart of the project - and will be documented next if this is accepted. Therefore, I will welcome both comments from everyone and anyone feeling inspired by the project, and feedback from the current "official developers" in particular (those of you having access to the repository already). I do not want to force this onto any of the latter, and will only move forward with this if you all agree. Cheers! -- khorben
